Birch Ply Cabinets with Spray Painted Doors
This recently finished loft style apartment, in a renovated Victorian brewery building in Dorchester, Dorset, had little or no storage, but did have very high ceilings. The solution, built in wardrobes with extra storage capacity above, accessed with a specially made ladder that hooks onto a dedicated rail in the wardrobes in both bedrooms.
The cabinets were custom made in our Weymouth workshop from birch ply, finished with durable hardwax oil. The doors were spray painted. Internal drawers also made from birch ply. In one of the rooms, the entry to the room was slightly narrow so we made sliding doors which perfectly matched the internal room doors.
